Cancellation Policy
This is of course a necessity! As a small business with limited time each
day, I simply have to ask my clients to respect my policy an
understand that I implement it for the financial viability of the business and myself as a therapist.
Prebooked appointments
I ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment you do this the day before your treatment. I will send a text message at least a day before your appointment as a reminder. Should you cancel on the day and we don't fill the appointment we will charge 50% of the booking fee, the rest will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 2 hours notice we charge the full price of the appointment.
Rescheduling an Appointment
The same policy as above applies as you are effectively cancelling an appointment that has been booked and making a new one.
If clients consistently cancel at the last minute we will no longer offer any refund whatsoever and may decline to take your booking in the future.
No Shows:
This is when you don't come for your appointment and don't let us know. We charge full price for the missed appointment.
